IBSAC2009 conference, themed The Algerian Academy of Science, the next chapter took place at Wolfson College, Oxford, UK on the 19th of December 2009. Initial report and feedback on the conference can be found here. A dedicated discussion can be found on our forums here.

IBScientific is a non-profit scholarly organisation established in 2005 aiming at promoting world scientific knowledge and scientific exchange to and from the developing countries. We focus on open access and free publishing for all.
To do that, we launched IBScientific Magazine, a peer-reviewed magazine for public engagement of science, and the IBScientific Journal of Science as a specialised research periodical. In addition, we opened a forum and a scientific news channel. One of our main activities is the organisation of conferences and aiding the establishment of learned institutions and academies in the developing countries.
